Acknowledgement #1:

*  I understand properties offered at a tax sale are offered, ''AS IS'' and as a bidder I accept responsibility for completing Due Dilligence and investigating any properties I may purchase prior to bidding at the tax sale

*  I understand that I must have sufficient funds to purchase property at the time of registration. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 25% of the bid amount and that an action may be brought by the county prosecutor to collect said penalty

*  I hereby affirm under the penalties for perjury that I do not owe delinquent taxes,special assessments, penalities, initial interest, costs directly attributable to a prior tax sale, amounts from a final adjudication in favor of a political subdivision in the county, any civil penalties imposed for the violation of a building code or ordinance of the county, or any civil penalties imposed by a health department in this county. Further, I hearby acknowledge that any sucessful bid I make in violation of this statement is subject to forfeiture.
